Harry Reid’s Republican opponent ran from reporters after a short speech she gave during a so called “press conference”.
Angle left the building right when the press expected to be allowed to ask questions.
I always thought press conferences involve the press in some kind, but I guess Angle is way ahead of me on that one.

This reminds me of how Sarah Palin avoided open questioning, back when she was on John McCain’s ticket. She just gave interviews, which she could be prepared for in advance. After the campaign she declared her very own war on the “mainstream media” in order to avoid them.

The video from CBS shows Sharon Angle literally running away from the scene and furthermore ignoring requests by a reporter to answer some questions.
The only response came from a staff member, who said they were behind. But see for yourself.

The video is pretty self-explanatory, but what is she afraid of?

We all know how this worked out for Palin, but we can only suspect what effect this will have on Angle’s campaign. She needs the media and the voters in Nevada probably won’t accept such a behavior.
How can we expect Angle to tackle Nevada’s problems, if she is not even able to handle the media?
